4. Custom Jewelry
Custom and personalized jewelry is made specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details—including names, dates, fonts, colors, chain selections, and spellings—are accurate before submitting an order.
IceKouture is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling or design errors once production has begun.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount charged.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping
Processing times vary by product.
- Standard jewelry: Up to 7 business days processing.
- Custom jewelry: Approximately 1–4 weeks.
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
IceKouture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Custom jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
