Standard shipping is usually 2–3 business days depending on USPS. Shipping times may vary during launches, holidays, high-volume periods or carrier delays.

Custom name jewelry may require approximately 1–4 weeks for production. Photo jewelry may require up to one week of customization before shipping.

Every custom piece is made especially for you and cannot be rushed.

Preorder and custom-made items may take approximately 1–4 weeks before shipping.

When ready-to-ship and preorder products are purchased together, the entire order may ship once every item is ready.

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered unless an issue occurred on Ice Kouture’s end.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed or processed.

If your package is returned because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping fee may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Ice Kouture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
