HEALTH UPDATES: We want to assure you that IceKouture is still fully operational, and we have implemented extra precautions to prioritize the safety of everyone. Please take note of the following information:

  • All Sales Are Final - No Refunds or Exchanges: Please be aware that all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Shipping Details: Our standard shipping time is typically 2-5 days, depending on USPS and where your located. However, for pre-order and custom items, shipping times may vary and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE!

  • Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If an incorrect address is provided, and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

    Note: Failure to pay the additional shipping fee will result in us not reshipping your package.

  • Lost & Stolen Packages: Once we have shipped out your order, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly to address the issue.
