Shipping & Processing
We 
ONLY ship via USPS.

Please allow up to ONE (1) week for processing before your order ships.

 Once shipped, delivery takes 1–5 business days via USPS. 

You will receive tracking information via email or text message once your order has shipped.


Custom Collection Shipping

  • Name Jewelry: Please allow 1–4 weeks for customization and production.
  • Photo Jewelry: Please allow up to 1 week for customization before shipping.

Custom items require additional time and cannot be rushed.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue on OUR end.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by USPS.

Please contact USPS directly for assistance.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You must repay the shipping fee for reshipment.
  • Orders will not be reshipped until the shipping fee is paid.
